Diligence and Professionalism
Dear John,
We would like to extend our deep appreciation to you. We certainly appreciated your diligence and professionalism. It was a pleasure to work with you. Selling a home is certainly not an easy thing to do, but you made it less stressful for us by always keeping us informed and really "staying on top" of the process.
We listed our house at the end of August 2007, which is not the "best" time of year, but through your consistent hard work, our house had a sold sign by early November.
We wish you the best in 2008.
